the next evolution of food truck enclaves.

9A Eats reimagines the iconic RedFox Diner location, gives a nod to Elmsford’s main traffic artery, and supports a vibrant Elmsford community.

Envision seven food trucks circling a central dining pavilion. The pavilion will function primarily as an open-air structure surrounded by an array of glass overhead doors opening to vendor spaces.

Year-round outdoor access, seating, and service will be provided. The pavilion will also feature a second-level dining area for serving patrons in winter and an event space for parties, specialty food events, and corporate functions.

The enclave concept merges next-gen dining and menu diversity. The space is designed to accommodate and flex for individual diners to large groups. A social media wall is integrated into the pavilion design.
