Re-capturing the corner, defining the street plane.

Mixed use residential/retail/business development currently being design which re-envisions an important corner site along Putnam Ave.  The current site hosts a single use bank [M&T] which adopted a former ‘Friendly’s structure. 

M&T bank will anchor the corner in a new state of the art signature branch linked to adjacent retail and work force + affordable housing above. Parking will be moved in board on site with new circulation patterns including a significant potion of the parking beneath the residential footprint.
