Converting old office space to updated residential space.
The 103 Croton Ave structure was a composite structure reflecting the prototypical evolution of many structures along Croton Ave. The original rear structure has hosted several uses over time and currently contains 4 apartments, a common laundry room and basement utility areas. The new design converted existing upper level commercial/business use to residential units, (2) one-bedroom apartments. The updated conversion also provided sufficient off street-parking and replacement of windows on the third floor of all four facades of the building.
