Nexus integrated branding throughout the design of this Fishkill development to create a modern living footprint centered on communicating an experience. Leaning on both the Fishkill neighborhood namesake Brickyard Hill and the connecting bike trail the branding and graphic integration lends to attracting and developing community living in the heart of the Hudson Valley.
Central in a residential community, the design is sensitive to its location: landscaped and tucked away to preserve and celebrate the feeling of being home. Residents also have direct access to the Dutchess County Rail Trail.
675 Dutchess integrates modern living within the context of embracing community connectivity. Communal garden plots designed for shared or assigned plots. The central core of communal resident support space is beautifully skylit by a roof Clerestory.
