Recently, we kicked off the groundbreaking ceremony for The St Clair in Yonkers, NY. The St Clair is set to be a hallmark of affordable yet luxurious housing in the area, designed with the utmost attention to sustainability.

This groundbreaking was attended by elected officials and community figures such as Governor Kathy Hochul.

MacQuesten’s leadership and vision for sustainable housing have been instrumental in shaping the project's design and execution.
