Macquesten Development commissioned Nexus Creative to explore a next generation 150 unit Senior residence on a site with Hudson River views and formerly occupied by Victoria Homes in Ossining. The design maximized existing building context by utilizing as much previously disturbed footprint as possible and concealing a majority of parking in a partial lower level directly accessing the residential structure above.

A robust program of amenity spaces was accommodated in the design including a rooftop terrace and commons room providing dramatic Hudson River views. All units included exterior balconies, many of which included Hudson River views.

The site plan provided an internal network of drives linking two entrances in a contiguous loop along with various exterior satellite parking areas. The main entrance features an expansive auto/pedestrian courtyard accommodating resident drop off, visitors, deliveries and shuttle bus service parking.
