The master plan design integrated a range of site context elements minimizing disturbances to a majority of the existing wooded parcel and will extend a trail network for both residents and  the greater Ossining community.   

The 40 unit structure envisions two primary volumes.  The Snowden Ave volume reflects surrounding neighborhood scale, architectural elements and streetscape relationships.  The northerly volume reflects its adjacency to an existing multifamily development while accommodating parking below.
