Nexus Creative is exploring a total reenvisioning of a 2,300 square foot condominium on Wailea Point, Maui for a long time client who recently purchased the property.    

Spectacular views and volumetric opportunities anchored design compass points to creatively and effectively reimagine its use. The design captures a vintage exterior ‘lanai’ space as flexible interior space by utilizing an expansive operating glass wall to maintain the original exterior experience.    The entire interior volume will be opened to expose modern drama which includes the addition of a new loft space.  The entire design amplifies total agile living space expanding the nature of creating a modern family gathering paradise.
